Work on the MQL5 module: order path, inputs, and the log line that has to match the chart.

Make the phone view show the open follow, the stop, and the reason, and nothing else.

Make every test show its spread, session, and reason lines.

Help traders attach the module and read a reject without a workaround the log cannot see.

Introduce the module to traders and desks that already use MetaTrader 5.
